Every event is different but to give you an idea of what our services include here’s the before, during and after of your event.

 

 

PRE-EVENT WASTE MANAGEMENT

Initially Waste Management Sydney can do an onsite inspection and workout the best positioning for waste stations around the arena, campground, production areas and so on.  The waste stations provided will be very distinctive, highly visible and colour coded as required for different items, such as general/food waste, plastics, metals/cans and paper/cardboard. We will visit your onsite traders and caterers to provide information and where required individual recycling bags or bins for their use throughout your Sydney event.

 

IN-EVENT WASTE MANAGEMENT

Once the event starts and depending on the requirements of the event, we can have onsite staff continuously litter pick the area, monitor waste stations and look after the traders, caterers and production teams. These types of services are generally required for events running over the course of multiple days and or with onsite campgrounds.

 

POST-EVENT WASTE MANAGEMENT

Once the event has finished, we clear up after the traders, litter pick across the whole site, collect our waste stations and when everything is de-rigged, and everyone has left the site, we do a final intense clean making sure the site is totally cleared of all waste.

Waste management for outdoor events from sporting events to festivals and Street markets is a very important consideration when organising your event.  Essential to its success is the ability to set up and clean up quickly, whilst being considerate of the surrounding area timeline for re-use of that facility.
